At Palm Beach Health Center, we provide treatments specifically designed for tennis elbow to assist patients in relieving pain and restoring their quality of life. Known medically as lateral epicondylitis, tennis elbow can cause significant pain where the tendons and forearm muscles meet on the outside of the elbow joint. This can make even simple activities difficult or painful. However, medical advancements now allow us to treat more than just the symptoms for those seeking pain relief.

Although such pain is a common condition, it does not usually cause any damage to the actual joint. Instead, a tennis elbow occurs in the muscles and tendons around it. Even though it can cause a lot of pain and make patients unable to move well, most of them do not need severe treatment. Instead, they can take it easy for a while, have physiotherapy, or take anti-inflammatory drugs. More severe cases may require additional treatments. These may include corticosteroid injections, advanced chiropractic care to manage pain and support healing, or even tennis elbow surgery.
